Adele has 14 years experience within materials handling, 8 of which were spent working within the forklift truck industry, with time spent in rentals, sales and service. Adele has spent the past 6 years working exclusively in the battery change sector.

Ian Brazier – Technical Director

Ian has over 16 years in the battery industry, including time spent in service, sales, applications and technical support. For the last 8 years Ian has been focused purely on battery room design, equipment, installation and project management.

Malcolm Pearson – Sales Director

Malcolm has more than 40 years in the battery industry, with time spent in engineering, sales, service and applications. For the last 9 years Malcolm has been heavily involved with battery room design and equipment.

A corporate lawyer for 20 years, Stephen has 10 years experience in the materials handling industry.  As Chief Executive of Norco Group Limited, Stephen provides strategic advice and direction to the Board of Total Battery Management.
