As it is some time now since the Materials Handling Industry started to move to roll on/roll off battery change systems, some systems are ageing to the point that they are in need of replacement or at least refurbishment. Rollers can wear or become damaged due to lack of maintenance or rough operation. Change cars also have wearing parts such as rollers, gears, bearings and wheels, these can require replacement with time. Total Battery Management Limited (TBM) can help with all of these items.

  • Battery storage module rollers can be replaced by your Service Engineer
  • We can service, repair and refurbish change cars
  • We offer two levels of refurbishment of any manufacturers battery change / transfer cars.
  • Level 1 - Full service and basic refurbishment
  • Level 2 - Complete rebuild and re-spray with a warranty
  • Equipment can be placed under Service Contract giving you peace of mind that it is being regularly serviced and inspected by experts as well as giving you access to fast service response should a breakdown occur
