The Manual Transfer Trolley (MTT) is ideal if you need to change small quantities of batteries. A good, cost effective solution, to give mechanical assistance to battery changing. 

The MTT is designed to handle pallet truck and order picker batteries up to 400 kgs in weight.  The MTT comes with twin compartments that are individually height adjustable (within a range) to give a practical solution if your trucks have varying roll-out heights. 

A single compartment version with mechanical winch is available for use with larger batteries. 

  • Twin roller-beds for quick, safe battery changing.
  • Travels on fixed guide rail adjacent to battery stands.
  • Adjustable roll-out options for height can be 120mm-400mm.
  • Compartment widths to handle most LLOP/PPT batteries.
  • Fitted with dual action battery safety stops for use during change.
